Next, you can send invitations (see how to here) by mail or keep it simple and just telephone! It is more friendly, and you will know right away who is coming.
The written informal invitation:
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Peterson,
It would give us great pleasure if you and Mr. Peterson would dine with us on Thursday, March the tenth, at seven thirty, to see our new apartment.
We do hope you can come.
