First, the Big Picture.Before we get into the nitty gritty, I want to give you a big picture plan of a homeschool day that really works for my family. This is what we're using for the 2019-2020 school year, and have used in the past. A SIMPLE DAILY PLAN 8:30 - 9:00: Bible, History, and Geography Studies Together (& Breakfast) 9:00-12:00: Independent Studies (Grade-level Language Arts, Math, Science, etc.) 12:00 -1:00: Lunch Break 1:00-3:00: Free Afternoons or finish studies as needed 3:00-4:00: Tea & Enrichments - Family Together Did you notice the keys of success?
Now, let's take a look at Bible. When to Schedule ItBecause Bible is the most important subject, I like to schedule it first thing at 8:30 and during breakfast. We include Bible, History, Geography, and Timeline into this study. Here is how your weekly schedule might look. A SAMPE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

The important key is to not stress about the schedule. You will need more days to read the Bible. The History and Geography day is used to place Bible into the context of these subjects. What Books to UseI suggest using these books for your Bible Studies:
