Easter Day Printable Kit

Easter is April 1st, and help for the hesitant hostess is here!  With the Easter Day Printable Kit, I'm sharing my personal hostess plan for Easter 2018 including:

• Easter Menu Cards
• Easter Name Cards
• Easter Time Line
• Easter Recipe Cards
• Easter Shopping List

This is a complete plan to help you get ready for Easter with plenty of time to spare.  Plus, I'll tell you how to make a simple centerpiece and favors for your Easter table.

STep 1: Upload & Print

Upload the Easter Day Printable Kit, then follow the instructions below for printing.

You will need:

• white card stock paper
• white computer paper
• scissors or paper cutter
• gel pen or calligraphy pen*

Easter Menu Cards

1. Print ​Easter Menu Cards (pg. 1) which are size 5 x 7 onto white card stock.  
2. Print one per guest (if you plan to place this on top of each place setting) or one for the menu board.
3. With paper cutter, cut to preferred size.

Note!  If you have a different Easter Menu, you can get a Customized Easter Menu Card for $1 (limited time).

Easter Name Cards

1. Print Easter Name Cards (page 2) onto white card stock.
2. Carefully cut out with paper cutter or scissors.
3. With calligraphy or gel pen, write on guest names.

Easter Timeline

1. Print Easter Day Time Line (page 3).
2. Post to fridge.

This is your "help for the hesitant hostess" that I promised!  This is what to do 3 days before, 2 days before, 1 day before, and the day of Easter without stress because now you have a plan to get it done easily.

​Note!    If you are changing recipes, you will need to adjust your timeline.

Easter Recipe Cards

Print the Easter Day Recipe Cards (pgs 4-9) onto computer paper.  These include:

• One Dish Stuffed Ham with Sweet Potatoes & Apples
• Stuffing
• Pineapple Strawberry Bavarian (this is a fun, vintage, gelatin-mold recipe)
• Coleslaw with Poppy Seed Dressing
• Carrot Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

​Keep them handy in the kitchen.

Step 2: Easter FAvors

Bird's Nest FAvors

This year, my Easter theme is the bird's nest, so I ordered one miniature nest to place at each table setting.  I plan to take out the eggs and put in little Easter Candies. 

Hint!  Not included in shopping list.

or flower seed favors

​Another great idea for a favor is a Seed Packet filled with wild flower seeds.

STep 3: Make Centerpiece

Carrot Cake & Flowers

This Easter, my centerpiece will include:

• Carrot Cake on cake stand topped with toasted coconut nest, faux bird, and a few candy blue eggs (placed at center of table).
• Flowers & Tea Lights!  I will place 4 small jelly jars (one one either side of cake stand) filled with daffodils or light pink tulips.  Add in tea lights.

Tip!  The timeline & shopping list prompt you to get items for centerpiece.

Hint! Tea lights are not included.
