The blouse 1 was my second piece to be completed for the color coordinated vintage wardrobe. With its scoop neckline and gold-rose fabric, it will serve as an elegant evening piece. I love it for several reasons:
bias trim & bow -adds a finishing touch and makes the piece seamless
fitted with tailoring -1950's used darts; this one has 10 darts!
side zipper -hidden
gold rose fabric -for evening use; dry clean
This piece will mix-and-match every other piece in my color coordinated vintage wardrobe because it uses essentially neutrals. I'm excited to begin the next piece this week.
