BASIC JACKET

What is the basic jacket?

The basic suit jacket is a foundation piece to your wardrobe and will coordinate with your basic suit skirt.  Normally, it should be in a neutral to mix-and-match all wardrobe pieces. 

Our Story & Description

​I chose a 1950's vintage simplicity pattern (easy level I). If features bolero, kimono sleeves, and round neck. The darts (bust and back-of-arm) give it a nice shape. The gray linen fabric with white fleck is perfect for any occasion! Read the story>
